New Patients
If you would like to complete your paperwork prior to your visit, please click here to access our New Patient Intake Forms. You are also welcome to arrive 15-20 minutes early to complete the forms in our office. Please note that if your paperwork is not completed at your scheduled appointment time, you may be asked to reschedule. This helps us ensure that every patient can receive the full benefit of their scheduled visit period.

We are a staff of Logan College of Chiropractic doctors with over 60 years combined experience! We have been serving Wentzville and the surrounding areas for over 20 years and look forward to serving you on your journey towards optimum health.
Our patients are our top priority: we believe in personalized care based on your individual health concerns. To achieve that goal, we have a large staff of doctors and therapists with a broad variety of experience and specializations.
Therapeutic Massage
Massage therapy is an ideal complement to chiropractic care. We offer 90, 60, 45, and 30 minute massages by licensed massage therapists Monday through Saturday.
While we do accept insurance for chiropractic care, massage is a self-pay service. Eligible HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
